The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company\'s financial strategy, ensuring financial goals are met, risks are minimized, and financial systems and processes are efficient and effective. Finance managers should have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to provide financial guidance, maintain positive relationships both within and outside the company, implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and to optimize financial performance. Main Responsibility and Activities: \xc2\xb7 Financial Reporting and Analysis: Proficient in analyzing and reporting company finances to the management while recommending further course of action by identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. \xc2\xb7 Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and maintaining financial forecasting and budgeting processes to deliver a fit for purpose finance and operational function with timely, accurate, insightful and compliant financial reporting to the management team and Board members as appropriate. \xc2\xb7 Communication and Collaboration: Responsible for working closely with departmental heads to understand their needs and goals, and then collaborating within the company to ensure that everyone is aligned regarding market trends, customer behavior, and other factors that can impact the company financial performance. \xc2\xb7 Audits and Accounts: Developing and maintaining financial forecasting and budgeting processes to deliver appropriate finance and operational function with timely, accurate, insightful and compliant financial reporting to the Management team and Board members as appropriate. \xc2\xb7 Legal and Compliance: Ensuring that the Company complies with all applicable employment, legal, tax and regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Leadership & Team Management: Playing a crucial role in supporting strategic planning and resource allocation decisions, such as investment in new products, expansion into new markets, or capital expenditures. \xc2\xb7 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment processing \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the team and vendors to ensure the highest accuracy in monthly salaries/PF/ESI/Statutory Bonus/Allowances to employees. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budget variances and cash flow projections \xc2\xb7 Assist on import \xe2\x80\x93 export for clients. Coordinate with the Finance Manager to complete financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Education Qualification & Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA Certification is preferred) \xc2\xb7 Working experience of 5 to 7 years with a proven track record of success in an ambiguous and global environment \xc2\xb7 Experience with company financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts to ensure timely and accurate cost recognition in line with the internal financial policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to adapt to ever changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems.
