Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

*Leading finance team

*Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

*Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

*Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.).

*Coordinate with auditors, advocates, Company Secretary and other professionals.

*Dealing with bankers

*Contribute to financial planning, cost control, and process improvements.

Qualification

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience

2 years experience as Finance Manager post qualification.
