Job Description

Financial Management & Control Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Implement effective financial controls to safeguard resort assets. Manage working capital & cash flow . Accounts Operations Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and inventories. Ensure statutory compliance (GST/VAT, TDS, income tax, service tax, etc.). Monitor receivables & payables, ensuring timely collections and payments. Audit & Compliance Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Ensure adherence to company policies and financial reporting standards. Implement risk management and internal control measures. Business & Revenue Support Work closely with Sales & Operations to optimize revenue and profitability. Monitor cost structures (F&B, Rooms Division, Spa, Banquets, etc.) to maximizeGOP (Gross Operating Profit). Team Leadership & Development Lead, train, and develop/mentor the Finance & Accounts team. Build cross-functional collaboration with operations for financial awareness. Skills & Competencies Required; Strong knowledge of hospitality finance systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros etc] Deep understanding of hospitality P&L and cost structures. Analytical and strategic thinking. Leadership and team management.
