: Role - Finance Manager Qualification B.com/M.com/Any Finance Post Graduation Degree Masters - Accounting, MBA Finance (Preferable) Key Responsibilities . Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department . Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions. . Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation enforcing accounting regulations recommending new procedures. . Assist in formulating the company\'s future direction and plan strategic initiatives . Internal Control over Financial Reporting . Risk Management and Policies . Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to Business manager and Budget Owners, establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives . Develops organization prospects by studying revenue opportunities/leakages analyzing organization operations identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement conserving capital to fund expansion. . Assist the management in identifying drafting of annual budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery . Ensure that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements . Represent the company with bankers and investors . Control, compliance and reporting of related party transaction and Transfer Pricing arrangement . Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. . Oversee international operations and manage subsidiary . Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of regulatory submissions. Ensure that all submissions comply with the current regulatory guidelines at all times. . Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS. . To manage and develop the core MIS system in order to meet the Data and Information requirements of a diverse range of stakeholders, including: Strategic Management Team, various departments, BOD, regulatory bodies, partner organizations and other stakeholders. . .
