Supporting Senior Management with inputs on Financial and regulatory parameters to enable them take key financial decisions Assisting Senior Management and guiding hotels in annual budgeting & monthly forecasting exercise. Ensuring forecast accuracy is within acceptable norms & seeking reasons for variances, tracking no significant variances in long term forecasting trends. Ensuring hotels are compliant with various major regulatory / taxation changes having ramifications on hotel operations. Develop and circulate memo /notes to guide hotels. Ensuring compliances through reviews. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Chartered Accountant / MBA with 3-6 years of experience, Experience in a Big Four accounting firm is preferred though not mandatory. Expert Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, USALI Direct & Indirect Taxes, data analysis, MIS etc. Knowledge of Macros / VBAs Expert knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Is mandatory. Competencies Adaptive to organization changes and needs. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively. Self-motivated, energetic, independent ready to do things herself/himself, which could not be done otherwise Self-starter and ready to go extra mile to deliver the output. Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment. Analytical ability. Good interpersonal & team working skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees. Good presentation and influencing skills - both lateral and vertical. Ability to plan in a structured manner along with team players and deliver as per agreed timelines. Quick understanding of problems and post detailed analysis & consultation, to come up with solutions.
