Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the hotel's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, and internal controls, while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and cost-effectiveness in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support hotel operations. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and internal policies. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls to ensure financial stability. Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures. Supervise and train finance team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Support the General Manager and management team with financial insights for decision-making.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
