Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Own the monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for D&A which includes reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy of numbers reported and adherence to group reporting policies and deadlines

Monthly / Quarterly / Annual review of Revenue, Operating & Non-operating costs vis-a-vis past performances. Identifying key triggers by Region/Country

Build and maintain detailed knowledge and understanding of the businesses and processes to enable delivery of meaningful financial packages information to Financial Controllers and key stakeholders

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting figures of Non-Recurring costs base which include variety of one-off transactions across the organization, including but not limited to D&A

Proactive involvement in the month end close process, merger, acquisition, divesture, and group audits, Sox compliances

Partner closely with various stakeholders within Fincon, D&A FP&A, Group FP&A and Controllership

Works with internal and external auditors

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Accountant from a recognized professional institute (CIMA/ACCA/CA) or with a Degree in Accounting/ Finance from a recognized university with 8+ years of experience

Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Knowledge of financial accounting standards (IFRS), best practice controls and practical application

Ability to work independently and as a team, adapt to change and multi-task in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment

Self-motivated and able to work under time pressure with accuracy and commitment

SAP, Bex, Oracle, HFM user experiences preferred, but not required
