We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a CPA, results-driven and attention to details with a global mindset, who will lead, direct and oversee daily financial and accounting activities.
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing, controlling, planning, and organizing the processes in the finance department. Primary duties include organizing and planning financial audits, evaluating reporting systems in place and developing new ones, and creating and implementing financial procedures in finance and accounting departments. The Finance Manager plays a critical role in a company?s financial success and in the management of its financial divisions. Core Responsibilities(include, but are not limited too)
Develop and implement policies for finance and accounting departments
Manage investment strategies and participate in strategic data analysis, research and modeling for senior leadership members
Verify systems and processes in place and make changes whenever necessary
Oversee company payroll in future
Manage, direct and control daily processes
Provide support to finance and accounting teams
Manager all data collected by the finance and accounting departments
Adjust protocols or policies to maximize profitability
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations when applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in finance, accounting or related field required
3-5 years experience in finance
CPA designation required
Experience in BPO finance environment is a requirement
Expert knowledge in finance and accounting procedures and regulations ? global experience
Exceptional reporting skills
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and financial management software
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Requirements
Work remotely from secure home office
Ability to work coordinating hours with Head Office in Ontario, Canada with the possibility of offset hours in the future once working relationship is established
Reliable high speed internet ? 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload
Salary ? negotiable
