Bombay Powerco Private Limited is a company working in the e-mobility sector in the capacity of electric vehicle charger manufacturers. With the onset of electric mobility across the world, we are committing our efforts to develop EV charging infrastructure in India with our ultramodern and groundbreaking charging devices. Our first product line is on the verge of certification and we plan to begin deployment of our products in this quarter itself. With respect to this, we are looking to hire interns to grow our team.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on financial modelling
2. Work on creating a projected financial statement and analysis on the basis of company capacity and growth trajectory data
3. Work on analyzing the projected data using ratio and industry comparison data
4. Work on corporate finance
5. Work on conducting capital budget NPV and IRR analysis for business expansion
6. Work on applying for financial grants for our startup
7. Work on making feasibility reports and financial modelling of charging stations in a housing society
8. Work on helping the director with fundraising projects

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should have strong IQ and EQ, eloquent and good articulation skills, impressive persona and positive attitude, willingness to learn and excel, ability to work within deadlines, courage to think and work out of the box
2. Required qualification: pursuing BFM/BAF/ MBA in financing
3. Should have knowledge of private equity and corporate debts markets
4. Should be familiar with the operation of VC, Angel Investor, and PE funds
