About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiating and maintaining order sheets from stores and vendors
2. Managing all VM-related vendors and ensuring correct inventory is maintained at all times
3. Solving courier-related issues for faster deliveries and maintaining reports for dispatches and receipt
4. Streamlining processes and following up with vendors for on-time quotation, invoice, and delivery
5. Updating PO and payment confirmation to vendors and tracking pending payments for the same
6. Supporting regional visual merchandisers for material/vendor and delivery timeline-related queries
