further enhance merchants\xe2\x80\x99 business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through
advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then
offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial

About the team:
Paytm is witnessing a broad growth across our platform as we continue to register increased
adoption of our lending products, Paytm Postpaid (BNPL), merchant loans and personal loans.
Lending business is driven by data science and analytics, providing data driven solutions

About the role:
Evangelize and demonstrate value and impact of analytics for informed business decision
making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data driven insights to
business stakeholders to understand and solve for various lending business nuances.


Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Analyze and control financial data and provide MIS support.
2. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis
3. Oversee financial functions such as nodal control and Cost control
4. Evaluate and analyze fund requirement and financial statements, etc.
5. Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
6. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
7. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and
forecasts
8. Accounting Team Handling

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. CA with 7+ years of experience
2. Process Compliance, Accounting & Finance Management
2. Responsible for managing Accounting & Finance processes and ensuring it compliances as
per defined policies/guidelines and periodical internal audits (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
4. Co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders for collecting and collating
data/documents
5. Experience of executing core Finance & Accounting; engagement processes while leading/
working with a team
6. Good analytical and numerical ability
7. Expertise on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
8. SAP and any ERP tool experience is mandatory.
9. Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Chartered Accountant
