Job Description
Role : Project Finance Expert Location : Chandigarh (on-site) Nature of job : Contractual Qualification and experience : M.Com./ MBA (Finance) / or equivalent Professional with minimum 6 years of experience Nature of experience : Provide technical support to the department / implementing agencies to implement the financial plan of Central / State schemes. Prepare specialized process manuals, procedures, toolkits, guidelines and other related activities on financial management. Provide training and capacity building programmes on finance related matters. Manage inflow and outflow of project funds and keep accounting record thereof. Public Financial Management System and other e-finance modules etc. Budget preparation, allocation, Banking operations, financial proposals, bid process Project Finance in Housing / urban infrastructure sector for any Central Schemes like PMAY-U or Smart Cities.
