Customer acquisition and sales: Actively source new customers for new car loans to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer engagement: Explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to potential customers and guide them through the application process.
Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and car dealerships to drive repeat business.
Cross-selling: Promote and sell other NBFC products, such as insurance, to the customers.
Compliance and documentation: Ensure all loan applications are compliant with the company's policies and regulatory requirements, and assist in collecting and verifying necessary documents.
