Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Full controllership of P&L, balance sheet & cashflow. Costing & variance analysis -- yield/scrap/absorption with actions. Budgeting, forecasting & MIS dashboards for management. Working capital & treasury: inventory cadence, credit control, banking & covenant tracking. GST, TDS/TCS, Ind-AS adjustments; audit coordination. Finance system ownership (Tally/SAP/Oracle); automation using Excel/Power BI.

Requirements

CA or CMA

Experience in

manufacturing / plant finance

preferred. Strong in

costing, ERP systems, Excel / Power BI, and MIS

. Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
