Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.About the team:The position is with gaming company of the group i.e. First Games. First games offer real money games at its platform i.e. rummy, poker, loodo etc.About the role:As financial controller, your primary responsibility is to provide financial insights and analysis, strategic decision making and hence help with business growth. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including business, tech, legal, compliance, marketing etc and market recommendations for improving business performance.Expectations/ Requirements:1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual Financial statements in according with IND AS and regulatory requirements.2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.3. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and budget to support business decisions.4. Monitor cash flow projections and manage cash flow .5. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.6. Ensure revenue accounting and process.7. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.8. Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the team.9. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement to drive professional growth and development.10. Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysisAd-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisSuperpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:1.Qualified as Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of progressive experience.2. Thorough knowledge of Ind AS/GAAP.3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.4. Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day.5.
