Job Summary Job Profile: \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in formulating the company\xe2\x80\x99s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop financial and tax strategies. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the capital request and budgeting processes. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop performance measures that support the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic direction. \xef\x82\xb7 Operations \xef\x82\xb7 Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation & reporting. \xef\x82\xb7 Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax and treasury departments. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced. \xef\x82\xb7 Risk Management & Compliance \xef\x82\xb7 Understand and mitigate key elements of the company\xe2\x80\x99s risk profile. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Well versed in Direct & Indirect Taxations and represent in all tax Assessments. \xef\x82\xb7 Construct and monitor reliable control systems. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. \xef\x82\xb7 Report risk issues to the management. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain relations with internal and external auditors and investigate their findings and implement recommendations. \xef\x82\xb7 Funding \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. \xef\x82\xb7 Arrange for debt and equity funding. An Ideal candidate shall be: \xef\x82\xb7 10+ years of experience in Finance & account \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely completion \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing \xef\x82\xb7 Able and willing to maintain strict level of confidentiality \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent computer skills Qualification- MBA/PGDM - Finance, M.Com - Commerce, CA Salary-INR 7.50L to 10.00L per annum Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,200,000.00 per year Schedule:
