Leadership role Meritocratic Culture Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the management team. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analyses. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain key financial metrics and KPIs to assess business performance and support long-term financial planning. Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities, to facilitate audits and compliance assessments. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set performance objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to enhance individual and team performance. Identify training and development needs, and provide learning opportunities to support the professional growth of team members. Strategic Financial Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term business plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and expansion efforts. Conduct financial due diligence for potential partnerships, acquisitions, or investments. The Successful Applicant CA/MBA in Finance Experience in US/UK Gaap is must to have for the role Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management in Financial Services industry (Bank/Fintech/NBFC) In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and accounting principles. Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations, driving process improvements, and implementing internal controls Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
