Finance Controller
Job Title : Finance Controller
- Start up experience is mandatory
- FinTech Experience is must
Job Role:
1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (Receipts, invoicing, payables, and other transactions)
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, closure reports, P&L, budgeting, forecasts, etc.
3. Solid understanding of payroll management
4. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Act as a bridge between Auditors and Management
5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements like GST, TDS, PF, etc.
6. GST Monthly filing, Annual filing, Other Related Compliances
7. Handle Income Tax Assessment with Statutory Auditors
8. Should be able to help management with any future financing rounds
9. Manage external CS & Auditors effectively
Qualifications:
1. CA with >3 years of post Qualification experience in accounting/finance
2. Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
3. Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
4. Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation
