Job Description

We are looking for a Female Talent for a Finance Business Partner role with an FMCG Major, based at Mumbai.

A Female, MBA/PGDM in Finance from IIM's/XL/FMS/SPJIMR etc. or a CA 1st attempt working in an FMCG with exposure to FP&A, Business Partnering will be the right fit.

In case of an MBA, the experience range from 6-8 years ( Batch of 2010- 2012 ), for a CA 10-12 years post Qul.

The Job-

- We are looking for strong female candidates with Finance Business Partnering experience.

- Good exposure of FP&A, Forecasting & Budgeting.

Key skills :

- Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills

- Strong team leadership skills

- Qualified accountant or equivalent

- Strong analytical skills, Excel modeling skills and attention to detail

- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with other key stakeholders

Experience

- Experience in driving process simplification and improvements

- Experience in driving P&L performance improvements (e.g. closing gaps vs. target) and holding others accountable (particularly peers and senior leadership)

- Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders

- Demonstrated competency at growing and developing people/teams

- Experience with identifying risks and opportunities
