Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team at CIED Cochin. Responsibilities:

• Salary and other payment transfers
• Prioritizing payments based on available fund and updating requirements to management
• Invoicing and payment follow-ups with clients
• Client and third-party service contracts
• Projections (based on data collected from HR and management)
• Maintaining accounts - Bank statements into tally & excels
• GST, TDS, ESI, PF all statutory handling (addition, deletion, updating etc)
• Salary slip generation and payroll adjustment in Keka. Run entire payroll activities through keka.
• Handling any finance related queries from team members
• Maintain a proper system in bill keeping & run CIED Accounts effectively

Must Haves:

• Candidate should be basically from Kochi
• CA Intermediate pass with 1+ years experience
• Team player
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Can work independently but also within a team
• Can do, proactive, positive and collaborative demeanor
