Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Publish financial statements in time

\xe2\x97\x8f Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

\xe2\x97\x8f Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely bank payments

\xe2\x97\x8f Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

\xe2\x97\x8f Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity

\xe2\x97\x8f Audit financial transactions and documents

\xe2\x97\x8f Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

\xe2\x97\x8f Comply with financial policies and regulations

\xe2\x97\x8f Processing and preparing financial statements.

\xe2\x97\x8f Overseeing client accounts.

\xe2\x97\x8f Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.

\xe2\x97\x8f Collecting and reviewing data for reports.

\xe2\x97\x8f Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.

\xe2\x97\x8f Reporting discrepancies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing payments for employees.

\xe2\x97\x8f Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.

Qualifications

\xe2\x97\x8f Work experience in finance domain

\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks

\xe2\x97\x8f Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with general ledger functions

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

\xe2\x97\x8f BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
