Hiring process to be followed: Submission of CVs and covering letters Review of applications and shortlisting Written test Personal interview Background/ Reference checks Job offer and acceptance Start and company induction We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Financial and Admin Intern to join our team which includes a variety of Finance and Administration tasks. The person should be well organised and able to prioritize tasks to be carried out. Applicants are invited from goal-oriented and motivated persons who are able to learn tasks on the job in dynamic and challenging environments. Experience is not needed and on-the-job training on financial procedures and administrative tasks will be provided. The Intern will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager. Role responsibilities: To provide day-to-day support in mainly finance and administrative tasks but also to undertake tasks to support the smooth functioning of the Company. Detailed responsibilities are likely to include: Monitoring day-to-day financial and administrative operations Process and record invoices and ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded Monthly control of bank reconciliations and other financial statements Processing monthly payroll Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Taxation, statutory and audit reports compliance Assist in filing of financial details, records and relevant documents Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g., auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc. Prepare and present financial reports as needed Supply chain management for procuring components and parts Office maintenance, servicing and supplies Maintain company policies and legal compliances Provide administrative support to technical and non-technical activities. Person specification: Undertaking or completed Bachelors/ Master's degree in Finance or similar field Basic knowledge of accounting processes and financial regulations Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for private Companies such as GST, TDS filings, Tax, etc. Knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books, Tally, etc. Effective organizational and communication skills Quick learning skills Good analytical and time management skills Ability to pay attention to detail Ability to work in a team Deep knowledge of MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel). Salary package: Stipend INR 10,000/month. Location: STPI Mohali, Punjab, India.
