Techolution is looking out for a smart and fervent Network and Admin Intern. We are looking for a competent, ambitious Network & System Admin Intern who will take responsibility for the overall operational health (Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability and Reliability) of our data communications systems and IT Assets. This position will directly contribute to the WoW customer experience by consistently delivering excellent customer care and support service that reflects an intelligently run, smooth operation. Our ideal candidate enjoys a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and communication. independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. Network Engineer Roles and responsibilities: -

• Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, firewalls, load balancers hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware
• Configure, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
• Managing existing and deploying new system configurations, including Windows Server, Virtualization Systems, Mobile Devices, Mobile Platforms and Desktops/Laptops (Windows and MAC)
• Provide formal corporate communications on directional changes or changes that will impact existing services
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Monitor and maintain all levels of network security internally and externally
• Liaison with Vendors UPS, Firewall, etc and ensure all systems are up to date and functioning well.

System Admin Roles and responsibilities: -

• Assist in procuring new assets and solutions.
• Update the internal trackers and softwares on Laptop Assignment to employees.
• Perform troubleshooting of employee laptop issues and prepping Laptops for assigning to Employees.
• Facilitate business/employee requests on asset allocation for onboarding and offboarding cases.
• Pro-active communication and timely updation with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and qualifications:-

• Must be good at Communication.
• Previous Work experience as a Network Engineer for 2 to 3 year.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• Cisco certifications, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE will be preferred.
• In depth knowledge of TCP/IP
• Experience in dealing with ISP, UPS, and Firewall vendors.
• Experience in Macbook and Wifi routers administration.
• Knowledge in Virtualization platform (VMWare).
• Hands on experience with equipment from HP, Fortinet or Cisco, Dell SonicWall firewall.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solver.
