We\'re looking for an exceptional Finance Analyst who will serve as a critical member of the finance team, specializing in managing vendor invoice processing within the Oracle NetSuite platform. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of financial processes, and a strong commitment to upholding internal controls. This role involves substantial data entry, process adherence, and essential support to the Senior Manager Finance & Asst. Manager - Finance. Responsibilities Vendor Invoice Processing: Accurately process vendor invoices in Oracle NetSuite, ensuring compliance with guidelines and verifying details against supporting documentation. Data Entry and Accuracy: Maintain meticulous data entry to record invoices and expenses accurately, while managing a significant volume. Process Adherence and Controls: Follow established financial processes and internal controls rigorously to prevent errors and ensure compliance. Support to Senior Manager: Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager - Finance & Manager - Revenue Assurance, assisting with vital vendor-related financial tasks, activities relating to order to cash process and month-end activities. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Oracle NetSuite to compile data and generate reports, contributing insights for potential process enhancements. Documentation and Records: Maintain organized records of vendor invoices, documentation, and communications; assist in audit preparation. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and suggest improvements in the vendor invoice workflow. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders, and work collaboratively within the finance team. About You To be successful in this role, you\'ll need to have/be: Master\'s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA (Finance) or CMA would be preferred. 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting or vendor invoice processing. Proficiency in using Oracle NetSuite/SAP for vendor invoice management. Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of invoices and tasks. Comfortable with performing detailed, hands-on tasks and adhering to established processes. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with diligence and maintain high standards.
