Prepare andntain detailed product costing across materials, labor, packaging, and logistics
Reconcile cost sheets with manufacturers and ensure real-time updates for every model/SKU
Validate cost changes and escalate discrepancies with evidence
Purchase Orders (POs)
Raise, track, and close POs aligned with production plans and dispatch schedules
Ensure PO accuracy (rates, quantities, taxes, terms) with complete documentation
Monitor PO approval flows and follow up for timely sign-offs
Invoicing & Accounts Support
Prepare and verify suppliers and sub-supplier invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
Support finance with reconciliations, basic accounting entries, and ledger clean-ups
Maintain clean and accessible billing files for audits and monthly closings
E-Way Bills & Compliance Documentation
Generate, track, and manage e-way bills for all outgoing dispatches
Ensure GST compliance and proper documentation for every shipment
Maintain systematic filing of challans, transport documents, and gate passes
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily trackers for costing, dispatch status, PO flow, bills, and payments
Share weekly MIS with Make in India leadership and finance
Serve as the operational bridge between finance, supply chain, production, and vendors
Who You Are
CA/CMA/CWA inter or semi-qualified
0-2 years of hands-on experience in costing, invoicing, dispatch coordination, or financial operations
Strong command over Excel, GST/e-way bill systems, and documentation workflows
Detail-obsessed: every number, every document, every dispatch must be tracked and verified
Excellent coordination skills -- you can manage manufacturers, finance, logistics, and internal ops without dropping the ball
Clear communicator with the ability to handle high-velocity operations

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
