: Position: Finance Analyst Location: Bangalore (6 positions) and Delhi (3 positions) Roles and Responsibilities Supplier Invoice processing accurately in line with tax invoice, PO and GRN (three way match) Follow up GRN with various stakeholders and support them in performing GRNs Prepare AP ageing schedule and reconciliation with Trial Balance Ensure MSME supplier invoices are processed on time Support in rolling out MSME supplier status confirmation and maintain update MSME tracker Supplier ledger reconciliations on timely basis Employee expense claims processing on time and in line with policy Support various stakeholders in settling forex travel advances Prepare outstanding expense claims for provision of travel expenses along with ageing of expense claims on timely basis Reconciliation of travel management company ledger, forex advance requests and employee ledgers on timely basis Minimum Education, Experience and Qualifications Required for Position: Education : Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate Desired Candidate Profile At least 3-8 years of experience inaccounts payable and employee claims processes Possess strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skill both written and verbal Must be well organized and a self-starter Consistently follow company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and duties. Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Prior experience of SAP and Concur tools are preferred This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\'s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
