: About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst would require executing process and activities software asset operations. Provides functional/technical leadership within finance operation team in relation to software asset operations. Works with USA counterpart and TAO Management to obtain approval, influence positive outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with WF strategy /policies and business line objectives. Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.Working closely with the leadership to identify the improvement areas, leading various business calls, stakeholder management, Team Management, designing efficiency metrics, scope of enhancements to automate the procedural steps, striving for process excellence, publishing the quality metrics and high end data analytics. In this role, you will: Work in a team of Business Service Analysts / Product Managers for Hardware and Software Asset Management. Assists Billing & Chargeback, Invoice Processing, STAMP, AU management, software license and maintenance purchase execution and AU charge reconciliation. Manage financial chargeback and allocation for LOB-ordered software titles Assists and works with the Supply Chain Management organization in negotiating and executing software contract purchase agreements, amendments and other related contractual documents. Operations / Order Management / Software Order Training & Execution: Assistance in creating software orders, QA and review of submitted orders for HW and SW. Vendor & Partner Engagement: Assistance engaging and tracking partner & vendor initiatives including Supply chain requests, HW & SW initiatives, service engagements, vendor training needs, etc. Should be efficient in managing escalations and analyzing the root cause of issue. Should have the complete Software Asset Management knowledge and familiar with major software vendors like Oracle, Tableau, IBM, Microsoft, Atlassian and Adobe with specializing in at least 2 to 3 Major Vendors. Collaboration: Work with user groups / peer groups to provide training / resolve questions / assess user needs and provide recommendations. Metrics Reporting - Prepare various reports to track the ongoing process activities/Metrics for evaluation for Senior Management. Identify saving opportunities for renewals, software licensing and professional services. Follow through with vendors, manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings. Process Efficiency - Provide inputs for Simplifying Processes and help in automation. Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Finance or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Ability to influence, partner and negotiate with business leaders and stakeholders. Knowledge and understanding of offshore operations processes and operating model. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 3+ Years of working experience on different invoice/billing and vendor management system/tools.
