The Role
Typically:
- Supervises a team where the work of direct reports has some level of diversity yet is still related.
- Defines KPIs and workplans and steers the team towards achieving these objectives. Proactively shares best practice, ideas and insights with colleagues and provides and requests (functional) feedback.
- Develops new policies on broadly defined Finance Operations topics, in line with Shell overall policies.
