About The Role

Frontier is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, client-facing Finance Admin with excellent communication skills to join our team.

The Finance Admin makes sure that Frontier is positioned to succeed financially, by:

  • Coordinating all inbound and outbound payments
  • Driving decision making through detailed financial reporting
  • Ensuring that every dollar is in the right place at the right time
  • We're looking for an experienced professional with high attention to detail, who wants to own our Financial reporting process.
  • You should be able to lean on previous experience in Finance to help build a well-oiled machine.
  • Multitasking and managing timelines is second nature to you.
Main Responsibilities * AR/AP Reporting
  • Sending invoices and following up on unpaid ones.
  • Approving vendor invoices
  • Reaching out to the team to generate payment requests
  • Managing general payments by
  • Applying check and Venmo payments to invoices
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Applying discounts and refunds to invoices
  • Calling promotional product suppliers and making payments over phone
  • Answering general questions from customers
  • Excel analysis of data - you will help with profitability, COGS, and margin analyses and assist in reporting to ensure project pricing and hard and soft costs align with the company's financial goals
  • The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value
Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience with Excel
  • Finance related work experience is mandatory
  • MySQL experience is a bonus!
  • Experience with financial analysis, margin analysis, bookkeeping, AP/AR management is a huge plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication
