Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

acts as a vital bridge between the technical and business aspects of banking systems, particularly within institutions using Infosys' Finacle core banking solution. This role demands expertise in both business processes and technical customization. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements by liaising with stakeholders, designing solutions, and configuring Finacle modules to meet specific needs. The consultant also handles technical development and customization using tools like Finacle SDK, SQL/PLSQL, and sometimes Java, especially when standard configurations are insufficient. They manage system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across environments, ensure seamless integration with third-party systems such as AML platforms and payment gateways, and support testing and quality assurance through regression and UAT processes. Additionally, they provide ongoing support, troubleshoot production issues within SLAs, maintain comprehensive documentation, deliver user training, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Required qualifications typically include 5-10+ years of experience in techno-functional roles, deep domain knowledge of banking modules like GL, AP, AR, trade finance, lending, and deposits, strong technical skills in SQL/PLSQL and database management, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is generally expected.
