Hand on Experience in IBM FileNet Installations and Configurations of the CPE v5.x, ICN v2.0/3.0 and IBM Case Manager/BAW ..etc Hands on experience in creation of FileNet Domain and Object store creation with respect to different storage policies. Configuration of global security. Hands on experience in ICN configurations like desktop and repository creations and plug-in loading experience. Resolving functional and technical issues with FileNet Content and WebSphere Application Server. Involved in Administration in terms of installation, application deployment, application upgrades, patch installation. and performance tuning of System from 5.1/ 5.2.1/ 5.5 Experienced in Upgrade process FileNet Product upgrade w.r.to CPE & FileNet p8 Components. Installation and configuration of IBM FileNet Fix Packs as per the Client/Business requirements. Having Knowledge on IBM BAW Installation 20.X and involve to configuration BAW setup. Experience and worked Service now and Manage Engine ticketing tools. Hands on implementing, troubleshooting windows server and LINUX servers for various ECM solutions in Cloud Platform. Education: Bachelors Degree
