Job Description

Field Sales involves representing a company, traveling to meet clients (new and existing) to understand needs, demonstrate products, negotiate deals, and close sales, focusing on territory growth, meeting targets, and building long-term relationships, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and market awareness skills. Key duties include lead generation, presentations, contract finalization, competitor monitoring, and providing sales reports to management. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Meeting customers face-to-face, conducting product demonstrations, and nurturing relationships.

Sales & Revenue:

Generating new business, hitting sales targets, closing deals, and expanding market share.

Lead Management:

Researching, qualifying, and following up on potential sales leads.

Strategy:

Developing sales strategies, analyzing customer needs, and understanding competitor activities.

Reporting:

Documenting sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining deep knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. Bike Mandatory
