Business Analyst

We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our team. You would be acting as communicator, facilitator, and mediator, and seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions, and more.

We facilitate over 500 companies and 60,000 field sales professionals every day, making a positive difference in the lives of small Kirana stores, their customers, and their bottom lines.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed Requirement Documents and Prototypes

- Gather and analyze User data, participate in user interviews and competition studies to suggest best ways to solve a problem

- Articulate Customer Problems, create detailed scope documents, groom it with Tech team and create Product Backlog

- Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including Product Managers, Account Managers, Developers, Marketing and Customer service to collate feedback on Product

- Contribute in User Acceptance Testing for Product Releases

You will be a good fit for this role if:

- Excellent Written, Verbal Communication & presentation skills

- Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem-solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution

- Prior internship or working experience in a mobile/internet SaaS product startup preferred

- User-centric and problem-solving mindset

- Entrepreneurial mindset
