About Role



You will train new and existing field staff across different states. Your job is to make sure the field team works better in mobilisation, centre operations, livelihood connections, and data work.

Key Responsibilities A. Field Training & Support - 75% of the job



Teach field staff how to identify and reach the right people in villages. Guide them on how to build good relationships with village leaders and influencers. Show them how to set up and manage centres, keep documents ready, and follow schedules. Help them connect with employers, skill centres, contractors, and local market opportunities. Visit the field regularly to check work, find issues, and give instant coaching. Ensure all data collected is correct, updated on time, and follows company rules. Make sure field staff follow standard processes during visits.

B. Training Delivery - 25% of the job



Conduct formal training sessions using materials provided by Head Office. Do refresher training for old staff and induction training for new employees. Give one-on-one support to staff who are not meeting performance levels. Work with the HO Training Team for updates and feedback.

Requirements



5-6 years of experience in community mobilisation, skilling, or NGO field work. Good understanding of rural communities and livelihood networks. Strong in documentation and data handling. Good communication in local language + Hindi. Experience in mentoring or supporting field teams. Ready to travel frequently.

Personal Qualities



Self-motivated and disciplined. Patient and supportive with new or struggling staff. Practical problem-solver. Comfortable using technology and reporting tools.

Better quality mobilisation and wider reach. Stronger centre operations with proper documentation. Improved relationships with local stakeholders. Smooth joining process for new staff. Better performance of low-performing staff. Regular reports on training sessions and field visits.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
