We are currently looking for an ideal candidate who can supervise and coordinate the operations of the Project under the supervision of the project managers. Someone who can manage day-to-day field operations of different sites. Responsibilities
- Liaising with government & non-government officials for collections and revenue part.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and job sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Responsible for vehicle management and maintenance.
- Coordinate work activities with other project activities like panchayat, industries, company, etc.
- Assign work to drivers or workers, based on the requirements of specific jobs.
- Responsible for the overall supervision and training of workers to provide the necessary guidance.
- Coordinate and follow up with drivers on the daily basis.
- Keeps records of the relevant site data and provides constructive feedback to the project manager.
- Any graduate
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication
- Day shift
- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
