(Probation for 6 Months) Role \xe2\x80\x93 Contractual Experience \xe2\x80\x93 6 Months / 1 year (Work as Height Supervisor Trained persons will be given preference) Pre-Requisites \xe2\x80\x93 Mobile Phone & Should Have Knowledge of Telecom Towers & Passive infrastructure. Key Responsibilities-

• Co-ordination & Approvals from local client for site access.
• Visit to sites allocated with Field Teams.
• Ensure Work at height is carried strictly as per Safety Norms, with proper use of PPE equipment\xe2\x80\x99s by the team members.
• Collect Pictures and Data as per specified format from site Including filling of forms.
• Certification of data from Local client engineer / office.
• Share the Final data to corporate office through email / or any other channel of data transfer.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure Planning for sites for the week
• Ensure stock availability of Consumables for sites and raise requirement well ahead in time so as to avoid any work Disruption in field.
• Climbing of Tower in case required to assess the work done by the team.
• To ensure No fatality on site with proper guidance to team to work at height protocols

Qualification - A Field supervisor having knowledge of Telecom towers construction / maintenance / erection with capability of reading Structural drawings will be an added advantage.
