O3Hire is hiring for Field Service Engineers with one of leading OEM in commercial vehicles.

Position : Field Service Engineer

Location : Thane

CTC : Decent hike on current package

Execute Live Trials targeting accurate data, vehicle performance, customer experience and reporting.

Resolving customer complaints (vehicle performance, value delivery, customer disputes, technical issues)

Support the Sales team, Interviewing customers, fleet managers and drivers to collect data.

Train stake holders like fleet managers, drivers to ensure best utilization of the vehicle features.

Work with the customer and stake holders to establish good relation.

Train the customer and users in telematics.

Monitoring of performance with all customers to ensure sustainability of signed off profitability.

Monthly reporting of customer wise profitability.

In-depth study and understanding of various usage segments.

Develop the dealer manpower competency to Conduct professional demos, create business proposals, Track and monitor vehicle performance.

Help the customer derive benefit from various truck features & drive Telematics.

Report customer wise profitability.

Qualifications:-

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.

- 2 - 3 years exp in field service, Aftersales, Technical support from Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Engineering, Construction equipment, truck radials, Tractors or Farm equipment & Electric vehicles.

- After- sales experience followed by a sales stint will be an added advantage.

- Strong product knowledge, Communication & analytical skills.

- Working knowledge of SAP, Excel & PowerPoint.

- Must be open to travel PAN India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,555.32 - ₹40,000.00 per month
