Job Description

Installation & Setup:

Installing new equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and training customers on its use.

Maintenance & Repairs:

Conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing necessary repairs or replacements on malfunctioning equipment.

Customer Support:

Providing technical guidance and support to customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they can effectively use and maintain the equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving technical problems, minimizing downtime, and restoring equipment to full operation.

Documentation:

Maintaining detailed records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions, including parts used and work completed.

Safety Compliance:

Following all safety procedures and protocols when working with equipment and in customer locations.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
