JOB DESCRIPTION: \xc3\x98 To lead from front on all aspect of Service & Repair of all Products. \xc3\x98 To maintain the Service Room with all required Spare Parts, Tools & Service - Operation Manual. \xc3\x98 To inspect & perform Quality Test of all the equipment before delivery to the customer, & prepare all the Products after Testing Marked as R.F.D. \xc3\x98 To maintain inventory for spares and also maintain inventory for RFD goods, \xc3\x98 To continuously Promote Service business Sales to increase revenue of company. \xc3\x98 To co-ordinate with all our vendors for procuring spares, tools etc \xc3\x98 To visit different Distributors & customers to train their staff for our Products domestically & overseas. \xc3\x98 Attend demonstration and service calls. Job Responsibilities: Take ownership of customer/Dealers issues reported and resolving the problems Diagnose and troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer/Dealers issues even though if it not related to technical Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers/Dealers Ensure proper recording in CRM and closure of all issues Prepare accurate and timely reports and sharing with concern depts. and customers Document the tech notes Company details: Sansui Electronics Pvt.
