0n Field Service Engineer CTC \xe2\x80\x93 12000 to 18000 Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, repair, and maintenance services to our customers in various locations Alappuzha, Idukki, Ernakulam , Pathanamthitta , Kannur ,Kasargod , Ernakulam , candidates from any locations can apply, their working location will be allotted to their native or nearest places. TA and DA are provided Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits Install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and develop solutions to resolve them Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and labor performed Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for service and support improvements Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment Travel to customer sites as needed, including overnight stays Qualifications: ITI, Diploma , Btech Electronics Fresher or Experienced Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours Candidates should have a valid driving license and a two wheeler We offer competitive compensation packages, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
