Job Description

Service Engineer Responsibilities: Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis. Visiting customer sites for site suitability survey and site readiness measure Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely mannerJob Location - Delhi, Mumbai , Bangalore Service Engineer Requirements: An associate's degree in engineering or similar. A bachelor degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Bio-Medical engineering is preferred.
