OJT Planning & Ownership:
- Own end-to-end OJT delivery and field coaching for new joiners (DST/DSA/FOS) across assigned locations.
- Track OJT completion: activity hours, daily outputs, pitch scores, and readiness status for each learner.
Territory & Activity Execution:
- Drive territory familiarization: market/society mapping, society entry methods, beat planning, and KDM connect.
- Coach customer approach in-field: society activities, cold calling, door knocking, and appointment setting.
- Ensure strong lead generation + follow-ups with proper lead hygiene and next-step closure discipline.
Pitch Coaching & Shadowing:
- Conduct live pitch monitoring during customer interactions using a standard checklist.
- Provide on-the-spot pitch enhancement: need discovery, plan recommendation, objections, and closing.
- Run structured shadowing for new booking handling (offers/plans) and customer expectation setting.
- Enable installation shadowing to ensure correct customer handover and reduce wrong commitments.
Audit, Certification, MIS & Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct daily Audits of DST Sales Pitch and Grooming, Run remedial coaching for low performers and support certification/sign-off with ASI/ASM.
- Maintain daily/weekly OJT MIS and share key field insights for training content improvement.
