Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with HNI clients, developers, and key stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.

Negotiation Expertise

: Oversee high-value property transactions, ensuring smooth, successful negotiations from start to finish.

Market Intelligence:

Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, driving growth in the business.

Mentorship & Team Development

: Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to your sales team, helping them grow professionally and personally.

Collaborative Campaigns:

Work closely with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns that appeal to premium clients, boosting brand presence and engagement.

Sales Pipeline Management

: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and streamline your sales pipeline, ensuring maximum efficiency and results.

Report & Strategize:

Provide regular reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future growth strategies.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
