Responsibilities
Visit clients and prospects in your assigned area to present and promote products or services
Generate new business opportunities through cold visits, referrals, and local networking
Build and maintain a strong customer base through regular follow-ups and excellent service
Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and close sales efficiently
Maintain detailed records of activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based or direct sales role
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong self-management and time organization skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different customer environments
High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and CRM or sales tracking tools
