? Gather intelligence on project stages, key stakeholders (architects, contractors, developers), timelines, and scope.
? Develop and maintain a comprehensive project database to support sales planning.
? Liaise with industry sources, publications, and digital platforms to extract relevant project
information.
? Share weekly/monthly updates with the sales team on new leads and market developments.
? Collaborate with sales executives to prioritize projects and generate business opportunities.
? Track competitor activities and presence in identified projects.
? Support strategic market mapping to identify high-potential regions and sectors.
? Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to gather insights.
