Field Executive - SMB Sales

We are seeking a Field Executive - SMB Sales to drive business for IT Infrastructure solutions across small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on high-volume prospecting, quick deal closures, and relationship-driven selling of hardware, software, and networking solutions.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling IT infrastructure products and services (hardware, software, and networking) to SMB/SME accounts, with the ability to manage shorter sales cycles and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
SMB Lead Generation & Field Sales
Generate new business opportunities within SMB accounts.
Conduct daily field visits to offices, industrial units, and local enterprises.
Handle inbound, outbound, and referral-based leads.
Requirement Gathering & Fast Closures
Understand SMB requirements for laptops, desktops, servers, networking, firewalls, and software.
Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for quick pricing and availability.
Prepare quotations and close deals with short turnaround times.
Account Management
Build long-term relationships with business owners, admin heads, and IT executives.
Drive repeat business, AMC, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure timely collections and post-sales coordination.
Reporting & Execution
Update CRM with leads, visits, and deal status.
Share daily activity and weekly revenue reports.
Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets.
Candidate ProfileMandatory Skills
Strong field sales and client-handling skills.
Experience selling IT hardware, software, or networking to SMBs.
Ability to manage high lead volumes and fast deal cycles.
Preferred Skills
Local market and channel partner knowledge.
Experience working with distributors and price-based selling.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
KPIs
Number of deals closed per month.
Revenue achieved vs target.
Client visits and follow-ups.
Repeat business and renewals.
