Key Responsibilities:



Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and maximize gross margins. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and potential clients. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new leads within the sales territory. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including daily call reports and lead funnels. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and provide feedback to the product marketing team. Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the technical aspects of WPC, PVC, and uPVC products. Problem Solving: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Training: Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as operations and marketing, to support sales efforts. Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory, including traveling and visiting customers. Negotiation: Negotiate sales deals and close new business opportunities
