Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Representative
to join our sales team. This role is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and closing sales primarily via phone, email, and meetings. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person visits with prospects and customers to generate new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and on-site product demonstrations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly field sales quotas.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and regional sales colleagues to refine field sales strategies.
Follow up with prospects through site visits and ongoing customer meetings to drive sales closures.
Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
