3. Sales Execution
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
4. Market Research & Intelligence
Gather market feedback on products, pricing, competitors, and customer trends
Report market insights to management for strategy improvement
5. Territory Management
Plan and prioritize field sales activities to maximize productivity
Maintain updated route plans and travel schedules
6. Order & Account Management
Ensure timely order booking, follow-up, and delivery coordination
Manage outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Update CRM or sales reporting tools accurately
7. Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams
Submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit reports, and competitor updates
8. After-Sales Support
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Maintain strong follow-up to ensure repeat business
9. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing
Train customers on product usage when necessary
10. Performance Improvement
Participate in sales training programs
Continuously work toward improving sales skills and territory performance
