Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Sales & Outlet Management

Achieve monthly sales targets across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.

Visit assigned outlets (wine shops, bars, lounges, restaurants) as per daily beat plan.

Identify and onboard new outlets to expand distribution network.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and purchase heads.

Collections & Reporting

Ensure timely collection of payments from trade partners.

Track credit limits and outstanding dues in coordination with Accounts team.

Submit weekly MIS reports on:

Sales performance

Collection status

Market trends and competitor activities

Brand Promotion & Visibility

Support in-store and on-premise promotions as per brand guidelines.

Ensure placement of POSM materials and monitor visibility at each outlet.

Share photographic reports of activations and promotional activities.

Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics teams for timely product deliveries.

Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and sales transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Field sales: 3 years (Preferred) FMCG: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
